Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to enterprise-level projects, a deep understanding of functional domains, and a solid grasp of current trends, tools, and technologies. The successful candidate will have a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Lead efforts to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and define user stories to develop user-centric solutions.
- Work closely with development teams, ensuring effective implementation and successful delivery of solutions.
- Leverage knowledge of UX/UI principles to ensure the creation of seamless user experiences.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of business cases, process models, and solution designs.
- Understand and apply current industry trends, tools, and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with both business and technical teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.
- Provide continuous support and insights during the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to testing and deployment.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in creating and managing user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications.
- In-depth understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to work with design teams to define user experiences.
- Expertise in business process modeling, process analysis, and solution design.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to project management tools and techniques is a plus.
