Python Developer - Django/Flask (6-10 yrs)

Role : Python Developer

Experience : 6+ Years

Location : Chennai

Mode of Work : 5 days WFO

Notice period : Immediate to 15 days

Experience and Qualification :

- 6+ years of experience as a Python Developer

- Look for candidates with Python + Azure knowledge.

- Experience on backend Python for writing server-side web application logic.

- Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid) - Flask Preferred

Hands-on experience with :

- Azure Appservice, Blob storage ,

- ServiceBus, Functions, SQL Server, APIM, Azure metrics;

- Hands-on experience on React JS

- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework (Core)

- Work with Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code;

- Expert in Relational Database systems (SQL Server and Azure Database preferred)

- Experience / Knowledge on the following toolsets

- Alembic

- Snowflake

- Terraform - Infrastructure as Code

- Pytest

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.

- Write efficient and reusable code, following best practices.

- Optimize application performance for scalability and high availability.

Framework Expertise :

- Develop web applications using Flask (preferred) or Django/Pyramid.

- Implement RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.

- Manage authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Azure Cloud Integration :

- Deploy and manage applications on Azure App Service.

- Utilize Azure Blob Storage for data storage and retrieval.

- Work with Azure Functions, Event Grid, and Service Bus for event-driven architecture.

Database Management :

- Design and maintain relational databases using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

- Optimize queries and implement ORM solutions such as SQLAlchemy.

Microservices & API Development :

- Develop and maintain microservices architecture.

- Work with GraphQL/REST APIs to ensure seamless data integration.

- Implement API security and rate-limiting techniques.

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployment.

- Manage version control with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
