Job Description :
- Expertise on VisionPLUS Modules - CMS(Card management system ), CDM(Card Data Management), ASM (Account Service Management), FAS(Financial Account Services), TRAMS, LMS and LTS.
- Knowledge of lifecycle of card products, including issuance, renewal, and cancellation
- Strong understanding of banking operations, card management, and payment processing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyse requirements and create detailed functional specifications for Vision Plus implementations
Overall Responsibilities :
- Business Analyst with experience on Vision PLUS
- Business Analyst that can help Migrating existing processes to Vision PLUS and in mapping data sources
- Existing experience in accounts receivable and disputes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business operations, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
Skills :
- Vision plus Business analyst.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience :
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
- Experience leading a team of BAs
- Exposure to different industries and domains
Day-to-Day Activities :
- Lead the team in conducting stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering workshops
- Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Facilitate meetings and discussions between stakeholders to resolve issues
- Provide status updates to project stakeholders and management
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
