Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end report migration projects from legacy systems to Microsoft Data Platform & Analytics (MS SQL Server, SSIS ETL, Power BI) and Azure/AWS cloud adoption. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and business teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Management : Lead and manage report migration projects from legacy systems to Microsoft Data Platform & Analytics and Azure/AWS cloud.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand needs, and align project goals.

- Data Analysis & Mapping : Analyze existing reports and data structures, map data to new Power BI models, and ensure data integrity.

- Dashboard & Report Development : Design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Resource Management : Allocate and manage project resources, team members, timelines, and budgets.

- Training & Support : Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use Power BI dashboards and reports.

- Data Governance : Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure data security and compliance.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and trends to enhance project outcomes.

- Documentation : Document project processes, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and continuous improvement.

Technical and Professional Expertise :

- Strong experience in Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and data migration tools.

- Proficiency in ETL processes and data modeling.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

- Exposure to Excel & Macros.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Lean environments.
