Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Data Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data extraction, integration, pipeline management, and automation across multiple data sources, including cloud-based data lakes. The candidate should have a strong background in ETL, SQL, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS) with exposure to reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Total IT experience of 6 to 9 years with at least 4+ years as an ETL Data Lead.

- Extract and integrate data from multiple sources like files, tables, and event hubs, including cloud-based data lakes.

- Hands-on experience in Data Management (MS SQL Server) with strong SQL fundamentals.

- Develop and manage data pipelines to ensure the accurate flow of data across platforms.

- Create SQL queries for data extraction and configure databases for OLTP & Data Warehousing (DW).

- Strong knowledge of Relational Database Systems, DB Scripts, and SQL.

- Experience in MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and Cloud Databases (Azure SQL / Redshift).

- Hands-on experience with Cloud environments (Azure/AWS).

- Exposure to reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI is a plus.

Technical and Professional Expertise :

- Strong SQL fundamentals and ability to design and optimize complex queries.

- Experience with data integration, automation, and transformation processes.

- Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline automation.

- Ability to work with cloud data services (Azure/AWS).

- Understanding of data security and compliance.

- Experience in documentation and data flow design.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot data pipeline issues.

- Exposure to reporting and analytics tools (Power BI) is an advantage.
