Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with 7+ years of overall IT experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Python, and Shell Scripting, along with exposure to Kotlin.

The role involves designing and developing high-quality solutions, managing containerized applications, and working with cutting-edge cloud technologies. A background in healthcare is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications.

- Design and maintain high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) architectural documents.

- Hands-on development using Java, Python, Shell Scripting, and exposure to Kotlin.

- Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and Docker Swarm.

- Work with Linux & Windows operating systems for development and deployment.

- Handle database management, ensuring efficient performance and scalability with PostgreSQL & Elastic DB (desirable : MongoDB, Neo4J).

- Utilize ELK stack for data analysis, visualization, and monitoring.

- Manage source control using Git and Git Actions.

- Design and integrate services on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in software development.

- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Shell Scripting, with exposure to Kotlin.

- Experience in container management (Docker Swarm, Docker).

- Proficiency in working with Linux & Windows operating systems.

- Strong database experience with PostgreSQL & Elastic DB (desirable : MongoDB, Neo4J).

- Hands-on experience with ELK stack.

- Expertise in SCM tools, particularly Git and Git Actions.

- Experience in cloud service integration (AWS and Azure).

- Good understanding of architectural concepts, HLD, LLD.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
