About the Role

- As a Technical Lead, you will be the driving force behind product delivery and technical excellence.

- You'll work closely with Product Managers/Business Stakeholder to ensure the team is aligned with the roadmap and unblocked on execution.

- Your role includes setting a high standard, both in code quality and team collaboration, while fostering an environment that encourages constant improvement.

- As a Technical Lead, you'll help shape not only the product but also the technical culture of the team.

- You'll lead by example, championing best practices and building an environment of trust, transparency, and technical growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with PMs/Business Stakeholders to guide the team through upcoming product goals, ensuring seamless implementation.

- Drive technical excellence, pushing for high-quality code and processes.

- Identify areas of improvement across product, process, and team, and develop actionable plans for enhancement.

- Play an active role in recruitment, onboarding, and nurturing technical talent.

Technical Skills & Expertise.

Programming Languages : JavaScript (Node.js), or Python or Go.

Databases: NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Messaging Brokers: RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka.

Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, AWS CloudFormation.

Cloud Platforms: AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Testing Frameworks: Jest, Mocha, Selenium, Cypress.

- Ability to design system architectures, ERDs, and technical documentation.

- Deep understanding of multi-tenant and microservice architecture.

- Experience with various technologies including NoSQL/SQL, messaging brokers, payment gateways, container orchestration (e.g , Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks and practices (unit, integration, end-to-end).

- Strong skills in IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools.
