Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Salesforce AI and Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a balanced mix of technical and functional capabilities, enabling them to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional departments to deliver innovative and scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Salesforce Solution Design & Implementation : Analyze business requirements and design Salesforce solutions.

- AI & Data Cloud Expertise : Develop AI-driven use cases and manage Salesforce Data Cloud for insights.

- Predictive & Prescriptive AI Models : Deploy AI models to enhance sales, service, and marketing workflows.

- Data Integration & Optimization : Configure Data Cloud for unified customer data and real-time insights.

- Core Cloud Proficiency : Customize Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds to align with business needs.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

- Training & Documentation : Conduct workshops and training to enhance user adoption.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on Salesforce advancements for innovative solutions.

- Performance & Scalability Enhancements : Improve system performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience :

Salesforce Expertise :

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant (Sales/Service Cloud), and Salesforce AI + Data Specialist.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, GPT integrations) and Data Cloud.

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools (flows, process builder, validation rules).

- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Functional Skills :

- Ability to elicit and document business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

- Strong understanding of business processes across sales, marketing, and customer service functions.

Other Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.
