Senior Salesforce Developer - Sales & Service Cloud (6-8 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Salesforce Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will excel in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role demands proficiency in key Salesforce modules, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Optimize Salesforce data models, automations, and configurations to align with business needs.

- Develop and manage Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, Flows, and other Salesforce development tools.

- Analyze and refine quoting, deal, and contract process flows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Conduct data analysis and use Excel to interpret and present insights to drive business decisions.

- Review and enhance existing automations, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Maintain Salesforce security, profiles, and permissions, aligning with organizational requirements.

- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools as needed.

- Provide expertise on additional Salesforce modules, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Must-Have Skills :

- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud data model and functionalities.

- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, including data modeling, functional design, configuration, automation, and approvals.

- Expertise in Apex, triggers, optimized coding practices, flows, configurations, profiles, and security.

- In-depth knowledge of quoting, deal, and contract process flows.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Lightning Components and screen flows.

- Familiarity with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

- Understanding of existing automation processes.

- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.

- Integration experience with Salesforce and third-party systems.

- Effective stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
