Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer with 8+ years of expertise in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical concepts, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality documents in fast-paced environments

- You will be responsible for producing user manuals, API documentation, knowledge bases, installation guides, release notes, and other technical documents that support our products and services.

Technical Skills :

Responsibilities for this position include :

- Help in writing technical blog posts publicizing technical software

- Create compelling copy on a variety of topics for consumption through vehicles such as web, social, white paper, business deck and marketing assets of various forms

- Research influential market blogs, vlogs, podcasts and market news for relevant content ideas and topics

- Suggest new content when needed, such as social posts, blog posts and articles

- Able to reword existing written content to convey correct messaging

- Assist in technical sales collateral creations such as case studies, white papers, and landing pages

- Respond to time-critical requests

- Identify, create, and measure - own content - KPIs on views

"Must" Experience :

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience of technical writing

- Extensive technical writing experience

- Strong writing and editing skills
