Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using C#, Selenium, and SpecFlow to ensure software quality.

- Write, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts for web applications, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.

- Perform manual testing for complex scenarios that require human validation.

- Perform API testing to ensure robustness and reliability of backend services.

- Conduct DB Testing to validate data integrity, performance, and accuracy.

- Work with development teams to identify, isolate, and reproduce defects, and follow the defect lifecycle.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand feature requirements and create comprehensive test plans.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues effectively, utilizing strong debugging skills to pinpoint root causes.

- Ensure test coverage and create test reports that highlight quality metrics.

- Participate in code reviews, testing best practices, and process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on both automation and manual testing.

- Proficiency in C# and Selenium for automated testing.

- Experience with SpecFlow is a plus.

- Solid knowledge of Java (alternatively, experience with TypeScript is an added advantage, but not mandatory).

- Excellent debugging skills and the ability to identify, track, and resolve defects effectively.

- Hands-on experience with API Testing (Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools).

- In-depth knowledge of DB Testing and SQL queries for validating data in relational databases.
