Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in the requirement gathering and story development process for platform features.
• Contribute to the design and coding of system features, ensuring high scalability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and design reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive unit test cases and execute them as part of the continuous integration pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with other technical resources and stakeholders to find optimal solutions for technical challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in production environments, providing quick resolutions.

• Core Technologies : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture.
• Cloud Technologies : AWS (SNS/SQS, RDS, Mongo, S3, Elasticsearch).
• Testing Frameworks : JUnit (unit testing).
• Programming Languages : GoLang (good to have).
• Strong experience in designing systems with high scalability and performance.
• Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile Scrum environments, including Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Expertise in designing and developing high-performance, scalable systems.
• Proficiency in cloud SaaS technologies such as AWS (SNS/SQS, RDS, Mongo, S3, Elasticsearch).
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues and solutions effectively.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with GoLang.
• Familiarity with additional cloud technologies and services.
• Process Skills :
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong background in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
