About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data integration and transformation processes, with specific expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain ETL processes, ensuring the integrity and performance of data across systems.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to transform and load data across various databases and systems.

- Develop data mappings, workflows, and integration solutions for complex business requirements.

- Ensure high-quality data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, following best practices for performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and data architects, to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Optimize existing ETL processes to improve performance and minimize downtime.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and reliable data flows.

- Monitor, maintain, and enhance ETL processes to ensure the ongoing health of production systems.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ETL development with a strong focus on Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

- In-depth understanding of ETL concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

- Proficiency in Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and other SQL-based technologies.

- Experience with data migration, integration, and data warehousing concepts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets.

- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing ETL processes for improved performance.

- Knowledge of version control tools, job scheduling, and automation processes.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred :

- Experience with other ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar.

- Familiarity with cloud-based ETL technologies and platforms.

- Knowledge of data governance and security practices.
