We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our Professional Development Program (PDP). This role is ideal for individuals with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing network infrastructures, and who are looking to advance their career in an innovative and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with CISCO/Meraki routers, Fortinet firewalls, Aruba networking products, Active Directory Integration (ADI), and network design, and be ready to continue their development and leadership in the field of enterprise networking.

Key Responsibilities :

- Advanced Network Design & Architecture : Lead the design and implementation of complex network infrastructures, including CISCO/Meraki routers, Fortinet firewalls, Aruba switches, and integration with other technologies.

- Network Security : Implement, manage, and optimize firewall security measures and policies to ensure a secure network environment.

- Troubleshooting & Optimization : Provide expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution for network performance, including latency, security concerns, and device configurations.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior engineers. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in network design and security.

- Continuous Improvement : Lead the identification and resolution of network issues to ensure a continuously optimized and secure network.

- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including configurations, network maps, and troubleshooting reports.

- Innovation & Research : Stay current with the latest networking technologies and trends, researching and proposing improvements for network infrastructure and services.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.

- Experience : 8+ years of professional experience in networking, including the design, configuration, and troubleshooting of networks.

- CISCO/Meraki Routers & Switches : Extensive experience with CISCO/Meraki devices and their integration into enterprise-level networks.

- Fortinet Firewalls : Deep knowledge of Fortinet firewall solutions, including configuration and security policy implementation.

- Aruba Networking Solutions : Strong background with Aruba wireless solutions, including switches, controllers, and wireless access points.

- Active Directory Integration (ADI) : Expertise in integrating networks with Active Directory for authentication and policy enforcement.

- Networking Protocols & Standards : Solid understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and MPLS.

- Certifications : CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Aruba ACMP certification preferred.

- Cloud Networking : Experience with cloud networking solutions, such as AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments.

- Automation : Experience with network automation (e.g., Python, Ansible) to streamline processes and optimize network management.
