ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
1Achieving the Planned Sales Volume and other targets of MS, HSD, Lubes & NFR for the Territory
Setting targets of MS & HSD, Lubes and NFR sales for the territory.
2New Business Development
3Supervising Development of the Retail network of Essar ROs by identifying suitable land & franchisees.
4Provide adequate support to ROs both by way of stocks & promotions.
5Follow up with Government Agencies for statutory approval & licenses
6Inspect retail outlets regularly on maintenance, compliance & adherence to safety, regulatory & company norms
7Maintain high standards of Q&Q and redress of customer complaints.
8Franchisee Management
9Liasoning with vendors and competitors
10Training of franchisees and forecourt staff.
Qualifications for Internal Candidates
Relevant Experience: 4 to 8 year experience
Functional Skills:
