Role & responsibilities
Visiting customers and various transport hubs/cluster generating and publishing the potential sales lead classifying them as hot/warm/cold basis conversion time, customer need/wants.
Conduct joint visits to market with franchisee/Nayara representatives, carry out various fleet related marketing activities and coordinate in on ground activation.
Tracking customer churn and retention, conversion of customer currently fueling through competition in the trading area.
Track various competition offerings, and benchmark it with respect to Nayara Energy for a particular trading area.
Monitor and track sales increment through FP program for the territory assigned.
Collect and maintain various documents for fleet from customer /retail outlets to handhold and train customer in using fleet plus program to be the first line of response in case of any fleet plus related query, should be able to analyze, resolve and instill basic hygiene of program usage to customer.
To achieve monthly weekly volume and customer onboarding targets assigned to territory.

Qualification
12th Pass with 3 years exp/ Diploma /Graduate in any stream.
