Job Description

Single point contact forensuring 100% secondary sales visibility, every
day. Primary point of contact for DMS and day-to-day problem solver.

Ensures new outlets are updated100% as per master-data
requirements, ensuring the sanctity and cleanliness of master-data,
removing duplicity, reporting accurate distribution numbers - in terms of
retail outlets/classification, etc.

Ensures beat plans arepractical and constantly revised to include/add
new outlets, remove old shut outlets, new distributors/territory
realignments, etc. (everything that\u2019s happening on the ground, being
reflected in the DMS system).

Ensures pre-sales orders fromSRs are properly passed on to the distributors for fulfilment. Tracks andreports fulfilment to the management - especially to the Sales head.

Defines & communicatesstock norms for distributors & HDCs (based on
their volumes/region, etc.) and sets up and maintains systems to ensure
that stocks are maintained at all times as per company norms in every
distributor/HDC

Defines warehousing norms, FSSAI requirements,etc. Coordinates random audits and ensures that compliance is 100%
