- Demand planning

- Preparation of Demand Plan / Forecast
- Preparation of statistical forecast
- Liasoning with Sales team for accurate forecasting
- Providing inputs from marketing on Cons. Promotions / NPDs
- Preparation of forecasting template
- Validation & compilation of Forecast
- Review the forecast with Head Sales
- Submission of final forecast to supply planner
- Validation of demand changes / reupdating of forecast in alignment of other stakeholders
- Measurement of Forecast Accuracy
- Inventory Ageing
- Inputs to Distribution Manager for critical supplies
- Inputs to Supply planner on critical supplies
Key Result Areas
- To timely release demand plan / sales forecast
- To capture NPDs / sales promotions / consumer promotions /marketing activities in demand plan / sales forecast.
- Forecast accuracy >= 80%
- Reduction in Inventory ageing
- To timely release demand plan / sales forecast
