Job Title: BDM
Department : Exports
Job Summary :
This position will manage Navneet brand distribution business in Africa, Middle East and Latin America. Complete order lifecycle from inquiry to payment while meeting customer demands and growing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with Sr. Marketing manager and identify business growth opportunities in given territory (y)
- Development of new verticals ( category, market, customer, etc) (y)
- Carry out Gap Analysis & prepare Market Survey report (a)
- Customer communication/ Be the front face (d)
- Manage and lead all new inquiries/buying trips activities with help of MSG, PD & Creative team (d)
- Travel to assigned markets (m)
- Back office co-ordination with all concerned departments for smooth and timely execution of order
(d)
- Check point for all Assistant Merchandisers responsibilities (d)
- Follow up for payment incase of delays (a)
- Frequently visiting the plant for planning and production review (a)
Major Duties:
1. Develop Navneets brand distribution business in Africa.
2. Manage distributors across assigned territory.
3. Represent Navneets International business in front of customer during fairs, and customer meetings
and visits.
4. Have a complete control on order execution and coordinate with each of the teams involved.
5. Prepare report of market research report and review the same every buying season.
Minor Duties:
1. Train Asst. BDM & Asst Merchandiser and monitor their responsibilities
2. Work in preamble and identify hurdles in key events/shipments at early stage and report to Sr.
Marketing Manager

Essential : Graduation
Preferred : Masters Degree in Business Administration
