Job Profile:

1. Product Costing:

- Monitoring Data entry concerning product costing in SAP.

- Ensuring required accuracy levels in data.

- Corrective action to be taken at each stage as required.

2. Standard Cost vs Actual Cost: Variance Analysis - Highlight the variances & deviations and follow up to close them timely.

3. Analyze costs to optimize efficiency and profitability.

4. Cost Control: Implementing strategies to control and reduce costs in production and operations.

5. Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations relating to costing and doing Cost Audit.

6. Advising on financial decisions based on cost Analysis to aid strategic decision-making within the company.

- Facilitating make or buy decisions

- In-house vs outsourced etc.

7. Analysis of Sub-Contractor cost and work allocation.

8. Management Reporting: MIS to management especially in cost-related matters.

9. Analysis of cost impact on Machine Efficiency.

10. Budgeting and Analysis as required.
