Desired Qualifications: - CA Inter/ ICWA/ MBA/ CMA /CPA

Experience: - 2-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Job Description:

- Working on monthly MIS to monitor budget adherence and provide variance analyses to identify trends

- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and regular forecasts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.

- Produce the weekly KPI package for the corporate leadership.

- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, Cash Flow and capital expenditures and present monthly results for MIS

- Work closely with accounting, operations, and other departments to collect accurate data and ensure consistency in reporting.

- Identify and implement process improvements for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

- Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis for group and internal reporting

- Work on improving and optimizing finance processes

- Work on finance presentation for Board Meetings and other senior management discussion

- Work with IT and Finance teams to maintain and improve SAP and automate report for MIS and other reporting.

Skills Required:

- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial metrics.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel

- Experience with SAP and Hyperion

- Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
