Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for real estate services and properties.
• Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide information about the companys real estate offerings.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings and property site visits for interested customers.
• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and lead status in CRM software.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing them with updated customer information and lead details.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the real estate market trends and company offerings to provide up-to-date information to clients.
