Immediate requirement for telecalling candidates, Tele Sales executive to make and receive telephonic calls for sales of Software products, enable Sales on phone on data or lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales of the branch and positively contribute to achieve sales targets. Good communication skills in Hindi,Eng.
Job Responsibility
- Female telecaller is required to handle outbound and inbound calls for commerce company.
- The candidate will be required to contact customers on daily basis regarding daily orders.
- The candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi and should have good conversation skills.
- The candidate should have knowledge of MS Excel/Google sheets
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Hindi
- Candidate should be Confident, extrovert, spontaneous in nature and should have good convincing skills and leadership qualities.
- Inbound Calls, handling customer enquiry and enable sales process, close sales wherever required
- In addition to Phone calls also answer sales enquiries on WhatsApp and Web Site Chat
- Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direst sales out of these calls
Key Skill:
- High Customer Centricity
- Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Knows to handle Internet, and use MS Office tools Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Have high closure orientation.
- Strong outbound Tele - Sales Experience
- Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence
