Job Responsibility
Female telecaller is required to handle outbound and inbound calls for commerce company.
The candidate will be required to contact customers on daily basis regarding daily orders.
The candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi and should have good conversation skills.
The candidate should have knowledge of MS Excel/Google sheets
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Hindi
Candidate should be Confident, extrovert, spontaneous in nature and should have good convincing skills and leadership qualities.
Inbound Calls, handling customer enquiry and enable sales process, close sales wherever required
In addition to Phone calls also answer sales enquiries on WhatsApp and Web Site Chat
Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direst sales out of these calls
