Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIRMENT AND KEY SKILLS
- Sales coordination
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS office
- Working experience in tele sales with freight forwarding
- Filters the data Finding & searching for Importers & sent company profile to them.
- Take enquiries from Customers
- Working on enquiries
- Take rates from pricing division.
- Quote charges to clients as per their requirements
- Chasing the clients to get nomination from Consignee.
- Set reminder calls to follow-up with them.
- Try to get appointment from Consignee & arrange meeting to send our Marketing Managers to know exact their requirements
- After got nomination from Consignee make sure that Consignee getting regular status updating of their shipments until their shipment get closed.
- Take feedback from customers after shipment get closed & provision for future business.
