Telecalling Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote and sell RO filtration and bottled water products.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products or services.
• Manage and maintain a database of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide detailed information to customers about the benefits, features, and pricing of the products.
• Guide and persuade potential customers to make a purchase decision.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales conversions.
• Address customer queries and provide after-sales support as needed.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, or inside sales
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
• Sales-Driven: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with potential and existing customers.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to overall business growth.
• Resilience & Motivation: A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
• Basic Technical Knowledge: Understanding of RO filtration systems and bottled water products is a plus.
