Business Head. Nails and Beyond
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Business Head for the Nails Business (which is Nails, Lashes, Micro blading, Semi-Permanent. Makeup, Hair Extensions) drives the brand's overall growth, profitability, and market presence. This role involves strategic planning, business development, operations management, and team. leadership to establish the brand as a leader in the Nail & beyond the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities, including franchise expansion and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Sales & Marketing: Define and implement marketing campaigns to promote Nail & beyond services and products.
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand positioning and customer engagement.
- Establish and manage relationships with influencers, beauty professionals, and industry leaders.
- Operations & Customer Experience: Oversee day-to-day operations of nail studios to ensure smooth functioning and high service. standards.
- Implement SOPs to maintain hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve service offerings.
- Financial Management: Drive revenue targets and control costs to ensure profitability.
- Analyze financial reports, track key performance indicators, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Optimize pricing strategies and service packages.
- Team Leadership & Training: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of managers and technicians to achieve business goals.
- Work with HR to recruit skilled professionals and provide training programs for staff development.
- Establish a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and growth opportunities.
- Product &Service Innovation: Curate and introduce new nail services, techniques, and trends to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality products and negotiate pricing.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, franchisees, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for better pricing and service quality.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
