Role: Head HRBP - Logistics
Reporting to: matrix, CPO & Business Head.
Team Structure: 6-member team
Work Experience: 10-15 years
Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Services, Logistics preferred
Location: Mumbai
Number Working Days in a week: 5 days working from office
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR solutions to drive business success.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on people-related matters.
Talent Management:
- Design and oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement robust succession planning and career development frameworks.
- Drive performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action planning.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organization.
Change Management:
- Support organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
- Provide guidance on restructuring and workforce optimization.
Policy & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect best practices and regulatory requirements.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and track key metrics.
- Provide regular reports on workforce trends, turnover, and other HR KPIs.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive HR team environment.

- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business needs.
- Expertise in talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage change and drive organizational initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent post-graduate degree.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Services or Logistics preferred.
