Job Description

Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Location: Mumbai

Workdays: 5-day workweek

Reporting to: CEO

About the Company : A newly established, fully funded NBFC, With an aggressive expansion plan, the organization aims to set up many branches. The leadership team includes seasoned professionals with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on building a scalable business.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's aggressive growth objectives and entrepreneurial culture.

2) Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring the hiring of exceptional talent across retail, banking, insurance, and fintech domains.

3) HR Policies & Compliance: Establish and implement HR policies and frameworks to support the organization's scale-up plans, including ensuring regulatory compliance.

4) Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end HR operations, from onboarding to exit, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

5) Organizational Development: Design and drive initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and employee retention.

6) Business Partnering: Work closely with the leadership team to provide HR insights and solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

1) Proven track record in HR leadership roles, preferably in banks, NBFCs, or fintech organizations.

2) Strong understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement practices.

3) Experience in setting up HR processes and policies from scratch.

4) Expertise in managing mid to senior-level hiring with a focus on technical and business roles.

5) Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

6) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
