Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Director - HR Business Partner (HRBP Head) to lead and manage the HRBP team for our client. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset with a strong background in HR practices, particularly in performance management, succession planning, and competency framework development. This role will require a leader capable of effectively partnering with senior business leaders across multiple functions to drive HR initiatives that align with the organization's growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead the HRBP team, ensuring an optimal HRBP to employee ratio of 1:150.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that support and enhance business goals.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with the company's growth objectives, ensuring they support the overall business strategy.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the design and execution of performance management systems (PMS) to ensure fair evaluations, address promotion and job elevation concerns, and enhance employee performance.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure the PMS is aligned with organizational objectives and drives desired outcomes.
Succession Planning & Competency Framework:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive succession planning process.
- Establish and maintain a robust competency framework that supports career pathing and employee development.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Work closely with the Employee Experience team to drive HR operations and engagement strategies that cultivate a positive and dynamic work culture.
- Champion a culture-focused approach with the goal of improving company synergy and happiness quotient
Diversity & Inclusion:
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion within the HRBP team and throughout the organization.
- Ensure that diversity considerations are integrated into all HR processes and decision-making.
Business Partnering:
- Provide HRBP support to critical functions, including Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Tech Support.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure that HR support is tailored to meet the unique needs of each function.
Change Management:
- Lead HR transformation initiatives, ensuring that effective change management practices are in place to support organizational growth.
- Guide the HRBP team through periods of change, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the business.
Key Qualifications:
- Educational Background: MBA or equivalent from a Tier 1/2 institute is a MUST
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience with major experience in core HR Business Partnering roles
- Demonstrated success in leading HRBP teams and executing HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in performance management systems, succession planning, and competency framework development.
- Preferably experienced in the gaming industry or similar high-growth sectors.
- Proven ability to manage HRBP support for various functions, including Marketing, -Product, Analytics, and Tech Support.
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with a strong ability to partner with senior leaders.
- Problem-solving oriented, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
