Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Principal/Principal - (Leadership hiring - Technology) for our Bengaluru office. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring deep expertise in technology talent hiring and leadership engagement.

Key Responsibilities

-Business Development & Execution: Drive end-to-end business development, including new client acquisition, key account management, and candidate engagement.

- Senior Mandates: Execute senior-level technology mandates, including roles ranging from Tech Leads to CTOs, across various skillsets like Engineering, Product, Digital, AI, ML, and Data Sciences.

- Client Relationships: Manage existing client stakeholders (Cofounders, CHROs, TA Heads, CTOs) and build new relationships across segments. Ensure Native becomes the first port of call for hiring needs.

- Candidate Management: Assess, screen, and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet client needs effectively. Help clients hire the best talent across available in the industry.

- Brand Building: Collaborate with other practice areas within Native and enhance the brand's presence within the client community.
