General Manager - Talent Management/Organization Development & PMS - Conglomerate

Requirements :

- MBA from a Tier 1 college with 15+ years of experience

- Work experience in HR consulting is preferred (Aon, Mercer, Deloitte, EY etc)

Client:

- Our client is conglomerate with a presence in more than 10+ sectors

- WFO in South Mumbai (Alternate Saturdays working)

Role :

- Create policies at the HO level and drive them at investee companies

- Lead HR projects and initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.

- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven recommendations.

- Implement and manage performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans.

- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management and employee development.
