National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for implementing Indias flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building technological infrastructure and

implementation of National Digital Health Mission to create a National Digital Health Eco-system. National Health Authority is the successor of the National Health Agency, which was functioning as a registered society since 23rd May, 2018.NHA is governed by a Governing Board chaired by the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare

Position: Consultant (Service Provider Engagement)

Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contractual

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors' Degree from a recognized Institute/ University/gement
• MBA/PG Diploma- Hospital Administration/Health Management/Health Administration 'OR' Master in hospital administration/health system management/health adminstration 'OR' Master in public health from a recognized university or institution
• Minimum 03 years post qualification experience in health management/hospital system administration/health care marketing/ public health
• Experience in health care/ hospital marketing preference will be given by NHA.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist and coordination with state health agencies for empanelment of service providers
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned hospitals and conduct visits when required
• Assist and coordination with State Health Agencies and empanelled hospitals for successful operationalization
• Assist in arranging training/webinars/ identify qualified trainers for key topics that support service provider's empanelment process
• Conduct hospital empanelment training
• Responsible hospital audits for of empanelled hospitals
• Responsible for compiling and analyzing the reported data to highlight trends in empanelment of service providers
• To support in empanelling hospitals with PM-JAY through various empanelment modes;
• Coordination of collection, analysis and write up of evaluation of the project deliverable
• Assist in day to day hospital activities network
• Maintain a working knowledge significant developments of and trends in the field of health/health insurance
