Position : Public Relations Coordinator - IPPB

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Act as the liaison point with the media.
• Manage media relations and enquiries, including the facilitation of media interviews & press conferences.
• Manage the writing, editing and issuing of press releases.
• Ensure that planned PR activities are defined, approved and actioned.
• Deal with enquiries from the public, the press and related organizations.
• Organize promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.
• Provide information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.
• Design, build and maintain various media presence.
• Prepare budgets, timescale and objectives of PR campaigns.
• Exploring event participation opportunity for brand enhancement
• Award Participation
• Actively manages relationships with key external stakeholders, especially with press, stylists, journalists, opinion readers, and influencers.

Requirements :

• Graduate from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body. Master/PG Diploma in Mass Communications is preferred.
• Good communication skills
• Minimum 3- 4 years of experience handling Public Relations.
• Experience in BFSI sector will be preferred.
• Good campaign execution skills
• Age Limit: Should not exceed 35 years as on 01st September 2024.
