Purpose of the Job:
Development of key accounts business (generate, retain, and grow) of Pest Control. Assist the business to achieve consistent sales budget by promoting NBHC-Pestinct pest management services to key accounts (large customers) in different industry segments.
Suitability :
- Should be go getter and ready to take new challenges to develop himself for new roles and responsibility in a growing culture
- Sales oriented person with passion for creating high value leads and conversion across nation.
- Must be ready to travel extensively for business meetings and development.
- Must be good in customer presentation , understanding customer need with an solution oriented approach.
- Ready to learn techno commercial sales and support activities like site assessment, costing, preparing a detailed report and presenting to customer.
- High on Negotiation skill and customer objections handling.
- Well versed / active on social media / and other direct sources to generate large sales leads from B2B / commercial customers.
