Job Description

Role & responsibilities:


1. Understand key aspects of business operations / tariff structure / competitive position / regulatory environment.

2. Analyze data to identify:

i. acquisition targets

ii. need for retention activity.

3. Work with internal stakeholders to formulate a strategy for respective Consumer(s) / Groups / Segments for lead generation / retention:

i. Disseminate targeted Communications including proactive communication regarding regulatory / tariff / awards / other developments

ii. Promote Targeted Service offerings.

iii. Prepare presentations, techno-commercial proposals, plans, contact reports as necessary, ensuring all activity is recorded accurately and negotiations with client and offerings value added services.

iv. Stakeholder engagement at relevant external events

v. Plan & host consumer engagement events

4. Troubleshooting & advocating on behalf of key consumer(s) / groups / segments

i. Identify issues.

ii. Work with relevant internal stakeholders to find prompt solutions.

iii. Act effectively with support from internal stakeholders to generate consumer delight

iv. Convert every complaint / query to a positive experience by providing immediate and clear solutions.

v. Contribute to Brand Equity through satisfied consumers and leveraging communications.

5. Regular reporting and MIS to ensure targets are being met and leads are being converted.

6. Maintain Key Stakeholder list and enhance Stakeholder relations with

i. Key personnel amongst consumer(s) / groups / segments

ii. Electrical Consultants & Contractors

iii. Architects

iv. Associations / Industry bodies

v. Internal Stakeholders (Regulatory / Business Process Team / Network Team / Branding & Communications team)


Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5+ years of experience in Key Accounts Manager, B2B Sales and Marketing. Should have good communication skills, stakeholder partnering & business acumen.
