Key Accounts Manager

Job Role:

• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth within assigned key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
• Identify opportunities and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, discussing performance, identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
• Track sales metrics, analyzing data, and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations to key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Understand their needs and objectives, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular business reviews, addressing concerns or issues, and proactively propose solutions.
