Job Title : Oracle HCM Consultant.

Work Schedule : 5 days a week, from office.

Mode : Contract to Hire.

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with 6-8 years of expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Compensation.

- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and provide appropriate HCM solutions.

- Perform system configurations, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM applications.

- Support data migration, integrations, and reporting activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle HCM issues and provide post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

Required Skills :

- 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.

- Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, Compensation, and Benefits modules.

- Experience in Oracle Cloud BI and OTBI Reports.

- Knowledge of data migration, integration tools, and processes.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.

- Experience in working with Fusion HCM and Fast Formulas.

- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs.
