Job Title : HCM APPS Technical Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Apps Tech Consultant to design, develop, and optimize Human Capital Management (HCM) applications within ERP systems. The consultant will work closely with HR and IT teams to enhance Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment, Benefits, and Workforce Planning functionalities.

Key Responsibilities :

- HCM Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain custom extensions, reports, and dashboards for HCM modules

- ERP System Integration : Develop and manage integrations between HCM applications and third-party HR solutions

- Automation & Customization : Develop workflow automation for employee onboarding, approvals, payroll processing,

- System Upgrades & Enhancements : Work with functional teams to test and deploy patches, upgrades, and new features in HCM applications.

- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Partner with HR teams, functional consultants, and IT teams to align technical solutions with HR business needs.

Requirements :

Qualifications and Experience :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.

- Experience : 4-5 years of experience in HCM applications development, ERP integrations, and HR systems customization.

- ERP Systems Knowledge : Hands-on experience with enterprise-level Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, including cloud-based systems.

- Integration & Middleware : Strong experience in system integrations, web services, and middleware platforms to ensure seamless data flow across applications.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and debugging skills for performance optimization and issue resolution in HR applications.

- Communication & Collaboration : Ability to work with HR teams, auditors, and IT departments to translate business needs into technical solutions.
