**What You Will Do:**
**Quality Performance Delivery:**
- Responsible for managing the Horizontal Process Network in collaboration with the Quality Leader.
- Partner with a team of Quality laboratory technicians, engineers, and plant Quality managers to deliver capability improvements through problem-solving.
- Drive continuous improvements in Quality, Process, and Production to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize Business Intelligence reports to gather insights and prioritize Key Performance Indicator (KPI) improvements.
- Collaborate with plant teams and Research, Development, and Engineering (RDE) teams to ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) compliance and test method adherence.
**New Product Introduction and Technology Transfer:**
- Collaborate with marketing, RDE, and operational business leaders for new product introductions and technology transfer processes.
- Manage the Temporary Deviation from Specification (TDS) process and the Global Technology Transfer (GTT) process.
- Participate in the International Markets Quality Assurance network by adopting new systems and programs, and learning from best practices both internally and externally.
**Quality Tools:**
- Deploy and build capability in each module of the Electronic Quality Management System across markets.
- Monitor usage and effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Ensure that the team is trained and capable of using all relevant modules.
- Ensure the usage of the Bridge tool and develop capabilities across markets.
**Partnership with Global Team:**
- Contribute to global strategy development within the Global Technical Organization related to process engineering.
- Be responsible for deploying new programs and tools across various markets.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- A degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from a reputable university is required.
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Quality Management is essential.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Experience or knowledge in healthcare and pharmaceutical quality operations in a production plant is desirable.
- Certification as an internal auditor for ISO standards is preferred.
- Great communication skills are necessary.
- Candidates with a dynamic personality and strong analytical thinking capabilities will be preferred.
