Senior Analyst Planning

**Main Responsibilities:**

1. Execute analytics reporting and Power BI dashboard projects in supply chain planning to deliver timely insights for inventory management, supply planning, and demand planning functions.

2. Plan and conduct quantitative analysis that translates complex data into actionable insights.

3. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable dashboards and reports that inform critical supply chain planning decisions.

4. Acquire a functional understanding of operations management, operations research, and statistics relevant to data science in supply chains.

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and comprehend their requirements, implementing data analytics solutions to provide meaningful insights.

6. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

7. Operate independently in managing processes and projects, requiring minimal supervision.

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Data Science.

- Relevant certifications in supply chain management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain dynamics and planning methodologies.

- Ability to interpret business requirements and craft solutions through dashboard design.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Access, and SQL.

- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems, along with strong documentation and standard operating procedure (SOP) skills.

- Experience with visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI is advantageous.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in data science or advanced analytics, including proficiency in Python, Azure, and VBA.

- Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives concurrently.

- Skill in creating, implementing, and continuously enhancing processes within a dynamic environment.

- Experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse disciplines and technical backgrounds.

- Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) and Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) tools, including SSIS and SSAS.
