Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Follow up for payments for clients.
2. Follow up with bankers for bank disbursement.
3. Preparing and sending demand letters as per work progress.
4. Coordinating with site team for status of flats and scheduling possession.
5. Sending SOA to a/c team and follow up till NOC is received
6. Replying to all the mails received from the clients within 24 hours
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 3 years experience in Real Estate company with collections experience
