Concrete Supervisor

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Mainly responsible for all matters related to concrete production & quality.

2. Quality verification, storage & stock taking of incoming materials (sand, aggregate, cement, fly ash, water, plasticizer, reinforcement & shuttering)

3. Maintaining all QC records related to concrete, (MTCs, Lab test reports, cube test register, etc.)

4. Ensuring the quality of shuttering, reinforcement, conduits & inserts in concrete.

5. Study of drawings & Liaoning between design, arch & construction as necessary.

6. Planning, production & placement of concrete, including QC (receiving from RMC, testing during production & placement, sampling (cubes)

7. Curing of concrete & cubes

8. Coordination between construction, MEP, quality & design team regarding all matters related to concrete.

9. In general, all responsibilities related to production, placement, quality, testing & curing of all concrete works.

Preferred candidate profile

• Desired candidate should have worked as Concrete Supervisor in a Real estate company for min. 5 to 10 years.
• Candidate should have the knowledge about concrete , RCC.
