QA/QC Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for real estate projects.
• Oversee inspections of construction sites, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and industry standards.
• Conduct routine checks of project documentation, ensuring proper records of quality compliance are maintained.
• Supervise and coordinate third-party testing, inspection, and certifications when required.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Encourage a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Participate in project planning meetings to incorporate quality assurance from the outset.
• Prepare quality performance reports, including non-conformances, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure quality objectives are not compromised.
• Investigate quality failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive measures.
• Ensure timely resolution of client complaints and concerns related to quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Desired candidate should have worked as Concrete Supervisor in a Real estate company for min. 8 to 10 years.
• Candidate should have the knowledge about concrete , RCC.
