- Achievement of primary sales volume as per Target
- Defining Territory norms to the Distributors
- Understanding business need and recommending schemes/promotional activities to the Reporting Manager
- Communicating & Implementing Schemes,Promotions and Rate Revision to the distributors
- Training the SSR in Sales Acumen , Customer Orientation, Market Penetration etc
- Monitoring Competitors Pricing Strategy, New Product Launch, New Companies
- Overall distributor Performance
- Adherence of Sales SOP and Policies
- Conducting Weekly status Review & Monthly performance Reviews
- Daily Reports to Reporting Manager
