Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute dispatch: Plan and execute the dispatch of goods according to schedule
• Coordinate with drivers and transporters: Coordinate with drivers and transporters to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare and manage documents: Prepare and manage dispatch-related documents like invoices and delivery notes
• Track dispatch: Track dispatch and address delivery issues
• Maintain cold chain logistics: Maintain cold chain logistics, especially for perishable food products
• Support dispatch team: Support the dispatch team in resolving any delivery-related queries
• Maintain organized files: Maintain organized files and documentation related to dispatch activities
• Inventory stock: Inventory stock
• Arrange transportation: Arrange transportation
• Organize item order: Organize item order by editing for price, promotions, and weight compliance
