Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for planning, scheduling & procedural change.
2. Responsible for design & development of the projects.
3. Responsible for preparation of GA drawings.
4. Responsible for BOQ preparation.
5. Responsible for installation and erection engineering planning.
6. Responsible for execution of projects.
7. Responsible for monitoring & controlling projects throughout the life cycle.
8. Responsible for identifying risk and mitigation plans.
9. Responsible for establishing realistic project schedule and monitoring compliances.
10. Responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects.
11. Responsible for coordinating engineering support with mechanical department.
12. Responsible for implementation of CI Projects & KAIZEN.
13. Responsible for coordinae with HR department for manpower planning.
14. Responsible for coordinate with safety officer to ensuring safety at workforce.
15. Responsible for preparation of budget and approval process.
16. Responsible for managing project budgets & cost controlling.
17. Responsible for document control procedures.
18. Responsible for compliances to QMS requirements with implementation of RCA & CAPA.
19. Responsible for conducting periodical review meeting.
20. Responsible for training & development.
