Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Analytical Chemist to join our Shadnagar R&D Center. The role involves conducting advanced chemical analyses, developing and validating analytical methods, and ensuring the quality and safety of agrochemical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analytical Testing: Perform routine and complex analytical tests on agrochemical products to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Method Development: Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods for chemical compound analysis.
• Data Analysis: Interpret and document results accurately, ensuring high-quality reporting.
• Instrument Expertise: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC-MS, FTIR, and KF.
• Documentation: Maintain and update laboratory logbooks, ensuring proper record-keeping.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all laboratory health and safety protocols.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, production, and regulatory teams to support product development and improvements.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with advancements in analytical techniques and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Organic Chemistry.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC-MS, FTIR, KF).
• Expertise in method development and validation.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Experience: 4-6 years in a similar role, preferably in agrochemical or related industries.
