Job Description

NKFL is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the MD&CEO, act as a liaison between the executives and internal or external stakeholder to enable the top management to focus on strategic goals, while handling day-to-day operational tasks that keep the organization running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support - Calendar and Schedule Management, Email management, Travel Logistics, Documentation and reporting, Filing and Record Management
  • Communication and Liaison: Internal Communication, Client & Stakeholder Management and meeting coordination
  • Regulatory and Compliance Assistance: Compliance and MIS Tracking
  • Operational and Strategic support : Strategic Planning Assistance, Decision support and financial monitoring
  • Event Planning and monitoring Event Planning, execution and monitoring, Team building
  • Problem Solving and Crisis Management Issues Resolution and Crisis Management.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA Finance/PG Diploma in Finance/M.Com/M.A Economics

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in preferably in banking/NBFC domain/Fintech

Key Skills and Competencies:

1. Financial Acumen:

  • A solid understanding of financial documents, reports, and key metrics. is crucial.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.

2. Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills:

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

3. Excellent Communication Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, board members, and internal teams in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to draft official communications, business reports, and presentations.

4. Tech Savvy:

  • Proficiency in office software- MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

5. Confidentiality and Integrity:

  • Ability to handle sensitive financial and business information with discretion and professionalism.
  • High level of ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

6. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:

  • Ability to solve problems independently and assist in managing projects efficiently.
  • Resourcefulness and adaptability in high-pressure situation.

Other Criteria:

  • Maximum age limit is 40 years as on the date of application.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English
  • Should be well versed with computer applications viz. MS Office, Excel and Microsoft Power Point

Place of Posting:

  • The place of posting for the present will be Mumbai.
  • However, depending on administrative requirement of NABKISAN candidate may be placed anywhere in the country in future

Emoluments and service conditions :

  • Annual CTC: Rs. 13.5 lakh

Basic Pay - Rs. 47,000/- per month

  • Eligible for Basic, DA, HRA, CCA, Other Allowances as per the rules in force from time to time, Performance Incentive, Group Insurance Policy for employees & family, Group Personal Accident Policy for employees and other statutory benefits.
  • Initial appointment will be on probation for a period of 02 years. The employee may be absorbed on the regular roll, based on satisfactory performance. For staff candidates, earlier experience will be reckoned towards probation period.
