IT Security & Infrastructure Engineer

NKFL is looking for recruitment for the post of IT Security & Infrastructure Engineer at Manager level.

We are seeking an experienced IT Security & Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in IT security, infrastructure management, and regulatory compliance, particularly in the banking/financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive IT security policies and procedures
• Manage end-to-end vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) cycles across all applications in coordination with IT auditors
• Conduct periodic IT risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and oversee mitigation strategies
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches
• Design and execute comprehensive cyber security awareness programs for all employees
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for security and compliance assessments
• Engage with cyber security consultants to implement industry best practices and maintain security posture
• Ensure strict adherence to RBI and NABARD guidelines for IT operations and security
• Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of security policies, procedures, and system configurations
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and management
• Manage application deployments in development, testing, and production environments following change management procedures
• Design and implement robust backup and disaster recovery procedures aligned with business continuity goals
• Ensure high availability of mission-critical applications through proactive maintenance and monitoring
• Plan, implement and oversee the complete lifecycle management of end-user devices and peripherals including procurement, hardening, deployment, maintenance, and secure disposal
• Implement and maintain IT asset management system and inventory controls
• Monitor and optimize end-user computing experience
• Coordinate with the ITSM teams of NABARD for the infra and security services provided by the parent organization

Educational Qualification :

• Graduate degree, preferably IT related.

Mandatory Professional Certifications:

One valid professional security certification from the following list:

• Certified Incident Handler (CIH)
• Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst Program (CTIA)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI)
• ISO/IEC 270001 Lead Auditor
• Comp TIA Security+
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

One valid professional infrastructure/cloud administration certification from following list:

• MS Azure associate
• MS Hybrid administration
• MS Devops associate
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate
• Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer

• All certifications must be currently valid and not expired at the time of application.
• Candidates with additional or advanced certifications will be preferred.

Experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security / windows administration / cloud computing / infrastructure management

Other Criteria:

• Maximum age limit is 35 years for Manager as on date of application.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English

Place of Posting

• The place of posting for the present will be Mumbai.
• However, depending on administrative requirement of NABKISAN candidate may be placed anywhere in the country in future.

Emoluments and service conditions :

• Annual CTC: Rs. 9.71 Lakh
• Initial appointment will be on probation for a period of 02 years. The employee may be absorbed on the regular roll, based on satisfactory performance. For staff candidates, earlier experience will be reckoned towards probation period.
